Default Plug wrench?

I've done it again! I mounted the heads on the opposite side. This plug is on the wrong side now. I need to know the name of the tool used to install and remove it is. Where to get one?

Sometimes its just a 3/8 extension. just stick a extension in it and see if it fits

Default Wrench

That would be way to small. I just called my machinist and he does not have one. He did not know what to call it either.
