Default PO335 Code

2002 Blazer, setting this code only. Most Parts are new. It only sets the light once its warmed up. The Tach does not jump and engine runs fine. Thinking I need to shim it. Any suggestions on how to do it or any other recommendation to solve this problem. I can't get it to pass emissions with this light being set even with it running good

Ok started working on it today. I shimmed out the CKP due to seeing some marks on it. It still runs fine. But now sets a P0300 code. Just about everything on this motor including the motor is new or been replaced. It has a quality aftermarket dist. in it. Plugs are E3's Not sure if this would be an issue. Any thoughts? I get no other codes other then P0300
