02 Blaz, Just wondering what it might be. Havent had a chance to check much, but I do know the fuse is good.. Ones in a while its a pain when my wife drives it and she has to move it by hand. I realized the problem when ones in a blue moon it would not work, but then it just started to get worse untill it totally stoped...
Any ideas?

 

I had the same issue on my 02. Take the rocker switch out and use an eraser to clean the contacts. Worked like a charm for me.
