Power steering pump thread size
Hello all, I am about to replace my power steering pump 99 Blazer 2-door LS, and am going to rent that tool from autozone for removing the thing, but I want to know what size bolt I need to get for putting the pulley back on?? The Haynes manual says i can put it on with a bolt and a nut, instead of another special tool, has anyone done this and know what size bolt I need?? Thanks in advance for your help!

RE: Power steering pump thread size
The removal tool should also include the anvil and the bolt for putting it back on (the one I bought did). I can measure the bolt when I get home from work today if I remember to bring my calipers home with me...

Sorry for the long wait. I had some trouble finding my installation tool. Anyway, the thread is 3/8-16, a standard 3/8 bolt.
