Default Problems with Gauges, A/C, and Radio

Hey y’all I need help with a few issues that needs addressing before I get my 99 blazer road legal

1. Tachometer, speedometer, odometer, gear display does not work but the fuel, oil, Volt and temp gauges does work (Note: the gauge cluster is a used replacement from eBay and worked in the picture)
2 AC compressor starts and stops every five seconds when engine is running plus The climate control module is completely dead
3 can I Reinstall my radio if radio harness clicks

This is my first ever vehicle and I’m just now learning how to be a DIY mechanic
Advice and tips will be helpful

#2 usually means you are low on refrigerant in the a/c system.

*I gave your thread a new title because, like it says in the rules, using "help" doesn't cut it*
