Default Pulse Plugs?

Having some rough running problems on my 97 LS, and it's been quite a while since routine tune-up was done, so oing to change the plugs, fuel filter, and coil this time around (oil was just done, wires are good MSD, air filter was just washed and re-oiled).

Ran across Pulstar Pulse Plugs on the autozone website, and wonder if anyone has tried them and if they're all hype or not? at $14 a pop, just want to see if they're actually worth anything.
Here's the description from the site:

Features & Benefits

Ultra-high power spark plug replacement. With over 1,000,000watts of patented (13 issued patents) ignition power, the Pulstar Pulse Plug creates a very precise, relative to timing, fast growing flame kernel (2X faster than spark plugs) that delivers improved performance and fuel economy while reducing emissions. The .05mm fine wire iridium tip promotes reduced cycle-to-cycle variations in peak combustion pressure that results in improved throttle response and acceleration. The Pulstar Pulse Plug has a lifetime warranty. Guaranteed

Pulsar has 10 times more peak power than a spark plug
More horsepower
Improve the performance of your vehicle
Better than a spark plug

Which ever tip has the leak resistance will spark...

aka...

buy you a set of ac delco plugs for $2 each and save yourself money. Besides these blazers run best on ac delco or ngk plugs.

LOL! I'm been at this off and on for over fifty years and in that time there must have been 15 or 20 new latest and greatest spark plug designs that have come and gone Almost all that came have gone.. with the exception of Bosch plats... and they dont run worth a crap in Fords or GM either.
Here's the stuff that lasted: Resistor, Platinum, and maybe iridium.
All you have to do is read their home page to know it's yet another snake oil spark plug.

Here’s how it works: Electrical energy from the engine’signition coil is stored in thebuilt-in capacitor. At the exact moment needed, that energy is released in an amazingly powerful and quick (two nanosecond) high-energy pulse.
BULL-EFFING-SNOT!!! Anyone who knows anything about electronics will laff their *** off at the idea of that 'capacitance' doing anything. At MOST it will be the same as increasing the gap a couple thousands.

But here''s the kicker..
Gas prices are on the rise past 4 dollars a gallon and if you're looking for a solution to your higher gas bill look no further. Pulstar has what you need to make that $4 feel like $3 again.
They dont actually SAY it increases your gas mileage that much

Of course, the same guy who bought the 'tornado' and then claims a K&N increased his highway economy to 25 from 22 mpg will be sure it runs better.

"I noticed a significant improvement in both fuel economy and horsepower." -D. Thompson, 1998 Subaru Impreza
I notice that every time I wash my car.

Well it looked like snake oil and smelled like snake oil, that's why I wanted to ask first.

Used to run NGKs in my S10 and they did a fine job, looking at NGK Iridiums in my next change, possibly this coming weekend depending on weather.
