Radiator drain cock won't open...

Default Radiator drain **** won't open...
The plastic screw has a one-way head. Kinda like the ones you see holding restroom partions together. Can someone help?

Nevermind, found out a 1/4" drive wratchet head extension fits into the middle of the drain ****.
