Default Random Wires by Rear Bumper - Wiring Harness for Trailer?

I found a group of wires wrapped up in black electrical tape hanging down behind my gas tank under my rear bumper, are these for when I need to wire up a harness to pull a trailer? Looks like it was factory wrapped, there is a GM tag on it as well that says risk of electrical shock or something along those lines.

If not these wires where would I tap into so I can hook up a wiring harness for trailer brake lights? I have a test light and everything.

Yeah mine had them zip tied to the in we frame rail. Makes it much easier to add a trailer harness.

Thanks for the replies, I am going to grab my test light and get my harness wired up so I can pull a trailer. Thanks!
