Default Re' vacuum line

under the hood on the drivers side is a vacuum line that goes thru the fender wall.

you cant follow it because it disappears. mine is dryed out and needs replacing.

everything on the vehicle operates OK, but we like to replace worn out itmes before they give us trouble......

There is a vacuum tank in the fender you can see it with a mirror, once you pull it off you will only feel a small nib where it attaches.
Make sure you change out the hose all the way down to the electric smog pump under the radiator mine was mush.

I'm getting weak vacuum on mine now too- having trouble with the 4wd and everything. I'm planning on redoing all the vacuum lines. Were there any check valves that needed to be replaced?

Isn't here somewhere on our beautiful FORUM, a vacuum-line schedule or so.
So that we can check our lines properly? and we don't forget to replace an inch or so?
Greets, Hank.

well i finally found the vacuum line that goes thru the fender wall. it is a little tit that you pull off the hose and replace.

someone mentioned there is a vacuum line that goes to the smog pump.

where does the vacuum line come from and exactly how do you find it by the radiator.

i was under the radiator today and did not see any lines over there.
