Reading Codes?
How can i get the diagnostic codes from my 2000 Blazer?
without using a scanner? My 2000 neon also has obd II diagnostics and to get the codes from that I simply need to turn the key to the on position 3 times and the code comes up on the digital odometer.... is there a simple way to check my blazer?

My sis-in-laws Dodge is that way. Some combination of key turning and the code comes up. Our Blazers aren't like that. But most chain auto parts stores will scan it for free. Or, if it's not drivable, they will loan you the tool for free, you just leave a deposit (around here it's like $200, I think) with them, and they refund it completely when you return the tool.
