Rear seat won't fold
Ok, I'm a newbie here, so be gentle, this is my first post.
Ok, 98 s10 Blazer 4x4. The rear drivers side won't fold. It will wiggle a little bit, but won't move past a few inches.
Nothing is jammed under it (I have the banged up hands to prove it.)
The cord in the normal handle is intact.
The cord still has contact with that spring at the bottom of the seat. It does move when I pull the handle, but I get no extra give when I push that by hand and try to fold it. You can hear something catch/release, but it still gives me nothing.
*But, no matter how much I use brute force, the headrest won't move. Now, I know that a lot of people have said that is what the problem is, I have scoured this website looking for answers. I am just having no luck.
I am a bit of a hippie, so sometimes I like to sleep back there when I go exploring... and now I can't. Well, I can, but its uncomfortable as hell. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
