Default Rear window heater wire

Is it possible to resolder the wire back on to the rear window heater when it falls off?

I have used that repair stuff before when I broke the ear off of my '88 corolla. It works great, just don't be shy with it.

I tried it last year on my 99, it holds strong, but the defogger does not work.
Good Luck
Loctite makes a similar product with the same part number as the Permatex kit. I used the Permatex version on my '99 with success, followed the directions carefully and allowed 24 hours to cure before reattaching the coiled power wire and attempting to heat the glass. No fog or ice handy so checked the temperature with an IR heat sensor and tracked a significant heat rise from ambient. Local prices were from $11 to $14 for the kit, a relatively cheap fix.

My solder job didn't last long, so I picked up a window from the parts yard. Easy swap. I check my grid with spray window cleaner. Lightly sprayed on, watch for evaporation on the grid. This is also helpful to determine if there are broken grid lines.
