Default Rear wiper won't spray

Hey new member here with a head scratcher. I have a 1996 LT 4x4 Blazer. My rear wiper works fine but the switch won't turn on the pump for the washer. I put a new front and rear pump on recently to repair a leak from the rear pump, and being a fan of "while im in there" I replaced both pumps. The front pump works, the rear doesnt. The rear pump works when I jump it to a battery but not when i clip on the wire harness. When I put a lighted continuity tester in the plug that goes to the rear pump motor it lights up when i toggle the switch to wash the window. So im getting power to the plug but not sure why it won't power the motor. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

OK new development. The rear wiper doesn't run continuously anymore when i hold the button down to wash. It still works as far as the delay and turning off goes.
