Rear wipper?

On the rear wiper arm, there is a rubber cover. Pop it off with a straight screw driver and check that the nut is tight. Apply a new coat of thread locking compound if it is loose. With the blade in the 'Park' position tighten the nut to 23 N-m (17 lb ft). Replace rubber cap.
Ill try that.

Today I tried it again and it would barely move so I guess if that doesnt work Ill have to decide if I want to spend the money on one, its not one of those must have things although it is nice.

I tried this, I guess I dint torque it I just tightened it I forgot about that part. It didnt fix it. Im just going to wait until it gets a little warmer and try it then, it seems like a few things arent working just all of a sudden.

Ill keep ya all updated.
