Default Rebuild Kit

I was wondering what are some of the best rebuild kits to buy for a 95 blazer 4.3. I have a knocking sound in my engine. First I though it was sticky lifters, I changed the oil & had a lot of metal shavings in it.

My suggestion would be to either buy a motor already rebuilt, or one from a salvage yard....any good yard will give u a warranty!!! Some offer a 6mnth warranty..... U could rebuild it yourself, but by the time u buy the parts then have the motor machined, u are gonna start getting close to purchase one already done....I personally would look for a low mileage donor that was taken care of!!!! U may even get lucky and find a rebuilt one that was pulled from a wreck.... I purchased a rebuilt motor for mone that came out of a wrecked blazer...I got it for 1/3 rd of what a rebuilt would run ya....
