I'm also thinking it could be the spider injector but not sure I've heard its a common problem with these trucks

The injector assembly does have its issues, but it usually will set a cylinder specific DTC. With P0300, I'd bet on secondary ignition.

I'm leaning more towards plugs and/or wires cause it ran perfectly fine before I did the work and it sat a for almost two months due to some out of town work.. would that make sense?

Replaced the spark plugs and now she's back to running perfect thanks for the help hook
