Default Remote start? Huh???

I bought this ZR2 6 months ago and just noticed this sticker on the radiator support.. The key fob has just 4 buttons and no start button. Is there an rpo code for remote start? Maybe the system quit working and the key fob was replaced later. IDK. Anybody know anything about this? Any help would be appreciated.

If it came from factory, you might have to click twice and hold the lock button. Not sure otherwise

I am not aware of a remote start from the factory for any Blazer. Possibly an aftermarket system?

That doesn't look like a factory decal, so I'm guessing it has (or had) an aftermarket remote start. It would probably have a separate fob. Maybe look under the dash and see if you can find anything?

Show us a picture of your remote key fob.
As was stated, no factory remote start, only aftermarket. Likely aftermarket alarm/remote start has failed, previous owner went back to factory setup.
