I have a 1999 blazer with a Vortec 4.3 engine and I'm trying to find the Fuel pressure regulator. the regulator is not holding pressure anymore and I need to replace it and I tried locating it today and I couldn't find it so the only other place it could be is under the upper manifold. But before I take that off I want to make sure that's were it's at.
