Default Replacing Intake Manifold Gaskets

Vehicle in question:
2001 Chevrolet Blazer, 2WD

I searched the forums and found this article:
https://blazerforum.com/forum/tech-a...-4-3-v6-46168/

THE ARTICLE ABOVE is for a '97 Blazer, which is in the same series and with the same V6 Vortec engine, so I'm assuming they're close enough to the same and I could just follow the above guide, but I want to be sure.

Does anyone know if there's a notable difference between these two years?

======

I noticed coolant leaking from the front of my vehicle, checked my radiator and hoses for cracks/leaks and nothing, and did some Google searching, there were a few Youtube videos that describe a similar problem and then show where coolant is pulsating out of the intake manifold. So here I am.

If there is a notable difference between the two years, I'd appreciate it if I could be advised of the important differences, or else if someone could link me to a more helpful guide. I'd hate to go out and buy the tools that guide lists as needed that I don't have to find out the guide is useless to me.

While I'm at this, what other gaskets/seals could also be replaced? Any parts that should be checked or replaced? It's an '01 blazer at 135k miles, the spark plugs have been replaced, I regularly change the fuel filter, air filter, and clean the throttle body (about once every 6-12 months).

There are several gaskets between both the upper and lower intake manifold, and that might depend on how you remove the manifold, and also why.
