Default Right or Left Hand Radiator

I did a search and could not find what i needed, if i overlooked it please give me the thread.
I have a 2001 Blazer 4 Dr. Automatic 4x4
I am needing to replace the radiator, but when i asked the parts dealer for one the asked me if it was "right or left handed drive." I asked them what this meant exactly and they couldn't explain. Can anybody help me out?

Right hand drive would be cars in other countries that have the steering wheel on the right side

Go to a radiator shop instead of a parts place. You will usually get a better price and a higher quality radiator.

Plus, they know what you need.
