seal beam and composite headlights.
Can anyone tell me and maybe post a pic of the difference between a composite headlight and a seal beam headlight. I bought a grille that states it's seal beam. But I'm not sure which headlights I have. I have a 95 4x4 four Dr chevy blazer. And I'm trying to fix it up. So if anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you
"Sealed Beam" is the separate thick glass rectangualr shaped headlight/bulb with a separate plastic turn signal lens attached to the corner of the grill, first pic is sealed beam setup on an S-10 pickup.
"Composite" is when the headlight housing and turn signal housing are all one piece, these housings are all plastic and the whole thing comes out of the grill as a unit. See second pic.
Hopefully that helps.
