Default seat belt swap

OK so im getting some new belts for the front since the drivers has a little part coming apart and the passenger side is worse. I ordered the belts from a junkyard and a set of the big torx sizes to unscrew them in mine. Is there any special tricks orsteps I should know about in changing them?

I think the biggest obstacle with them is just how tight theyre torqued on.

Any idea as to the torque spec on them, I thought they would be really high since they have a huge head on them and are safety restraints. Or should I just torque the new ones on as tight as I can get them. Also does anyone know what size torx it is?
