My 2002 Blazer seat belt warning continues to flash on an off intermittenly while driving, also low fuel warning light comes on intermittenly even when gastank is full. anythoughts on what the problem is and how to correct it?

 

The seat belt part of your problem is probably a short. Another chevy I had I had the same prob and I was told to check wires that got to the buckle. Solved it on the vehicle, Probably be the same on the blazer. Just a suggestion.
