Exclamation Security, ABS and BATT light all just came on.

i been working on my 1999 blazer 4.3L for a couple days trying to track down a short.
disconnected ECM (4 connectors)
disconnected multi function switch completely
disconnected BCM (3 connectors)
disconnected SP201 (Splice Pack)
removed all fuses and relays from under the hood fuse box
removed all fuses from inside fuse box (drivers side of the dash)
removed all relays from Body Relay Block

anyhow didnt really find the short (got the area located i believe) but i went ahead and put everything back together.

i see now my "Security", "ABS" and "BATT" lights are all on but the car starts and sounds like it was running like usual.

is this normal when you first start it after you re-assemble everything or do i need to make it re-learn something?

Default

do i need to make my BCM relearn my key?

i had everything disconnected for 24hrs
everything i previously stated above?

im afraid to go drive it (it runs and sounds like normal) but the battery light is on and its night time

ABS and Security lights are also on.

when i turn car to OFF security stays on.

i started to do the relearn passkey proc (turned to start then to run for 10mins) went to turn key off for 10seconds and turned it back to start then to run and noticed my security, abs and batt lights were out
so i stopped the relearn procedure.

looks like the bcm or ecm just needed to stay on for 10mins or so.
i guess???
