Hey guys.

So a while ago I had an issue with my security system, it wouldn’t start or anything for 30 minutes then it’d be fine for a few days then do it again. I did the reset, tried multiple ones but it never fixed it. One day, it was the last time it did it and it hasn’t done it in well over a year, but my security light has been on my dash ever since constantly. I’ve removed the battery afterwards for something unrelated and it still popped back up. Any help on getting this fixed? Thanks.

I think the one on my '02 blinks all the time.

 

Have you tried to do a security relearn? I don't remember the process off the top of my head, but a search of the forum should find it.

 

Is this the factory alarm?..no aftermarket add-on or anything?
