Search is your friend.... Tech 2 or equivalent scanner. It needs to state specifically that it can access the serial bus communication devices.

Will tell you every code until OBD-3 comes out!

Those scanners are capable of reading the OBD2 system, but the TCCM is not part of the OBD2 system. It is a serial device on the vehicle serial network and requires an enhanced scan tool that can access the other serial devices in the vehicle (ABS, SIR, BCM, and TCCM in these trucks).
