Got the bushings out by drilling holes in the rubber then spinning it with my impact gun. Once the rubber is out you can sawsall the OD or the bushing in two places about 1/2in apart. Knock the piece out then the bushing will easily break free from the housing. Oh when you put the new bolts in apply grease and insert the bolt from rear quarter panel so nut is on the inside. This way it will be easier to drill the rubber next time once the nut and rotted pieces are removed. This vehicle is a joke. Went to put in a fuel pump over the weekend to fix failed sending unit and found shackle broke. Fixed shackle - drove it for an hour and the ABS light came on. No there not related. The blazer is just one piece of crap.

I hear ya. Most of the time I love my Blazer, but sometimes....... I really just want to destroy it. Haha
