Default Slightly high oil pressure after oil change

Hey guys, yesterday I did an oil change on my 2005 blazer 4.3 and used 5W30 full synthetic and got a K&N oil filter. I believe the part number was HP-2001 which was the recommended K&N filter for my year. Now my oil pressure seems to climb as I drive even in low RPMs. It never exceeds the 3/4 of the full guage, but it is pretty much always staying right at or just below the 3/4 of the oil pressure guage, when prior to this oil change I would regularly be driving at about half way, and sometimes under load it would go up to almost 3/4. Any ideas? Bad filter? I noticed this filter is quite a bit longer than the one that was already on the vehicle.

I did try searching around prior to posting but I couldn't find anything for this year, and because I'm so unsure I thought I would start a fresh discussion. Please advise !!

Just took a look at some photos and saw that the 3/4 mark is 60 PSI. I've read that is fairly normal while the vehicle is warming up, but mine stays around there while driving and when the temp gauge is right in the middle at operating temp **only after this oil change.

What weight oil did you use? Very important to use 5W30. Using thicker oil will increase oil pressure and decrease oil volume, which is not good.

I did use 5W30
it was a full synthetic brand. Possibly Quaker State I can't remember for sure. I'll edit it in later on
