Smoking Jimmy
I took a weeeeeeee bit closer look at the area and saw that the transfer case vent tube was wet. Instantly thought it was the transfer case input seal and I pulled the fill plug on the transfer case and a good amount of fluid came out. I help the excess out and topped off the transmission just to make sure im not crazy but im pretty positive I found the problem
Have you checked and made sure your coolant hoses were not leaking (They run over top of your exhaust manifolds) if you are running the right coolant the color is a orangeade reddish color and if it hits a hot manifold it creates a smell and smoke.
OK, Ive been driving around for about a week and a half and I went and pulled the fill plug on my transfer case this morning just to drain excess but nothing came out when I pulled the plug. So, now my question is, Is it possible that someone could have severely overfilled the transfer case and when everything heated up the fluid expanded and made its way up the vent tube?
Im just trying to get this figured out soon because I have to start driving alot in September when school starts again.

There is no way to overfill the transfer case. You do have a front seal leak, it just takes a while. It is very likely that the overfull transfer case caused the fluid to be pushed out the vent and caused the smoke.
I have never used one, just RTV. As far as how long it takes, it's your first time, maybe the better part of a day all said and done. Depends on how experienced you are. When I dropped my uncle's NV233C, I had it done in under 3 hours from start to finish, but that was with air tools and everything cooperating.
