Default hi

the amp is overheating and going into protect mode because the speakers are drawing to much power usuall due not being wired for the correct ohms that the amp need
or your turning it way to loud and it cant handle it
if niether is the case, check the ground if not get a new amp

On topic. My amp was doing that too, and it was because it was overheating.

If the subs cutting off its either because its over heating and your going to have to add a cooling device, ie a fan. Or because either your ground or remote wire is not getting a good connection. Ive seen it where the remote wire if put into the wronge connection on the back of your head unit will let the amp play for a little then cut it off. As for the lights in your dash, problems in the electrical circuit cause all kinds of weird things to happen. I would take it to let a professional look at it. Good luck man.

As to the "Click" and all your lights going off make sure your battery cables are in good condition and tight. Not loose or corroded. Since you ran new leads to power the amp chances are your connections at the battery are poor. Good luck! Steve (cooljeep)
