Not so sure how well a decal will last on the tire cover. When I bought my ZR2 (new) it came with just a plain black cover. My wife had a guy paint brush an amazing mountain scene on it...

but after a couple of years the elements took their toll. If I were to put a cover back on and wanted something such as what you are looking for, I'd have it embroidered using whatever they use in the marine industry.

Just a thought.

I highly doubt a decal will stick to the tire cover. It's pleather material, and the vinyl just doesn't stick all that well to it. If it does, it definitely won't last long. I think you're probably going to have to go with a plain black one.

No idea of cost and have never dealt with them.
