I have two questions. The 2 door blazer have the spare tire on back behind the lift gate but the 4 door does not. Is it possible to take off the spare tire bracket of a 2 door blazer and put it on a 4 door. MY other question is do they make halogen head lights for the a 2000 blazer and if so how much do they cost and where do i get them.

It is possible to put a tire carrier on a 4 door but it's expensive and requires you to brace the rear fender for the added weight. It was not an option here in the states but was in some countries

Regarding the spare tire issue, I don't know about a 2000 model, but my 84 Jimmy 2 door has the full size spare inside with a real nice carpeted cover (factory) and my 94 Blazer 4 door has the full size spare mounted on the back (factory). Just passing this on. I don't know how much stiffening up the 4 door took but the mount isn't a light weight thing. 185,000 miles and the sheet metal isn't cracked out or damaged from it at all. I guess Chevy did a good job on this one.

both of your vehicles are first gen GImpy....
for a swing away spare mount, just get one that mounts to your steel bumper. no steel bumper? just get a steel bumper and mount your swing away carrier to it.... STILL less work than making the OEM 2dr fit a 4 dr
as for the lights.... erm.... halogen.... well see old skool luvr's response. if it High Intensity Discharge you want, they are $57 bucks until the 16th through the forum (awesome deal)
other wise if it halos or something like that... then yes they make them on

CAMINIO88's ORIGINAL question was, will the Bracket from the 2 door be a direct bolt on for the 4 door.
I'm curious myself. I have never been close enough to a 2 door to see the setup.
The idiot that thought it was smart to stuff teh spare under the car where it may not be accessible under some circumstances should have his brain checked.

The OP's OQ was covered: Yes it will bolt right up with heavy modification
the reson being *as covered in this post and a number of others if you search* is that once you drill the holes in your rear panel you have nothing inside to bolt to. You cant just put a plate inside and bolt to that, because the weight of the swing arm loaded with a spare will teak the hell out of the sheet metal (at best) or just tear off (at worst). If you were to pull that whole panel, weld in supports on the exposed pillar, and mount your swing arm to them, then yes, you could do it.
If you dont like the under vehicle ST, you can addapt an older in truck ST mount (like is common in the older cherokees) but then instead of a hassle to get to when you need it, you have the hassel of it being in the way all the time that you do not. You can also just huck it up on the roof rack and move the bars to support it then strap it down with something like motorcycle tie downs OR spread the bars and put it aganst your roof and use the bars to hold it in place in addition to the tie downs (slightly less wind resistance). You could get a basket with a spare mount and use that, or mount it to the front of your brush guard land rover style. Or brain storm a new way and let us know

Would it be worth upgrading my headlights i mean are the 50 dollar ones really that much better then the stock ones, and after seeing all the work that would be involved in putting the spar tire on the back i think i will just leave it underneath. I hate the idea of moving into the the inside i had a jeep grand Cherokee and i hated that thing all the time being in the way.

like Curtis said (as well as alot of us have before), anything is possible, and anything can be made to fit if you have the cash. but it is a lot of work.

well for the swing gate they do not make it on 4 door but my father and i put one on my 97. looks great but doesnt bolt right on!!!! we had to hole saw from inside tru the inner quater. then used one inch steel pipe with nuts welded on to span from inner to outer quarter. so yes it can be done but it is a lot of work.. anymore ? just ask
