everyone says to use ac delco products for the ignition system and to change them, remove front tires and go by the wheel well.

The only thing new about E3 is the way they exploit the same gimmicks that have been used since WWII and before.
Just reading this
E3 Advanced DiamondFire Technology | Top Performance Spark Plugs
makes me go 'Huh!' And many claims there are technically contradictory. They start with absolute truisms but dont explain how open front is promoted by actually shrouding the spark area. Of course they use separate thought processes and dont think you will put them together.

Funny I just saw some extravagant claim of HP and milage improvements a couple months ago. That improvement would have either driven the engine computer nuts or destroyed the combustion chambers if true. Something about 8% hp and 15% mpg. That would have meant your car was barely running when you put them in.

The ONLY improvements in basic spark plug design in the last 50 years have been alloy electrodes.

Otherwise those old car company designers pretty much hit it dead on.
And, even then, Bosch who more or less designed them cant get the heat ranges right for our cars! Bosch sux {no load misfires on Fords.. probably same with GM} unless you order one or two ranges hotter. Do you want to bother?
If you're buying plugs, use your head gather a consensus of everyone not just a few..
AC Delco or Autolite for GM
Motorcraft, Autolite or AC Delco for Ford
See a pattern?
When the car companies put them in the production line, then you'll know you're not being taken.

Spark plug choice matters little, but all small-blocks like original fire! Stay away from the "Gimmick" plugs-I have had NO problem from either Bosch,Autolite or AC! Just avoid the multi-electrode plugs
