Default squeeky breaks!

I have a 99 blazer 4x4. My breaks are hoibly squeaky, mostly when i hit the breaks but sometimes when i dont. I recently changed all break pads rear rotors and one rear caliper. The front rotors look good to me. Someone mentioned about springs in the break assembly????? What could be the problem?

Ok, do you remember what type of pads ? Metallic, semi-metallic ? Sounds like maybe the pads have not seated to the Rotors ?

This is going to sound stupid, but check the caliper bolts. They can sometimes fall out if improperly tightened after a brake job, which will cause the caliper to drag slightly on the edge of the rotor. It'll sound alot like bad brakes.

Don't ask me how I learned this.
