tried the fuel pressure gauge agin watched it it seems to be after 15 min holding at 50 psi checked the fuses all seem fine

 

Just because you have spark at the plug does not mean it is the right timing, or if it will be a good enough spark to fire a plug. I would pull the cap and inspect it for moisture, and green and growing on the terminals. The cap and rotor is not that expensive, so replacing that would be a good starting point.
