Default Steering loose when hot?

I have read most of the posts on here about steering problems, I have a 2000 blazer 4x4 and the steering is tight when the truck is cold, after driving for about 10 miles the steering gets loose? I have checked the tie rod ends, and the pitman arm, and all the parts are good, could it be the worm gear out of adjustment, or do I need to replace the whole steering box? Any thoughts will be much appreciated

Did you check all the steering components right after the 10 miles or before.
