Default still need a screwdriver!!

My 2000 4.3 blazer has issues again. Over the last 3 years occasionally I've had to start it with a screwdriver by jumping the solenoid. Recently it became something I have to do every time to start it. I replaced the starter/solenoid and still didn't fix the problem, I started trouble shooting the wiring to the starter and found nothing wrong. I got this wiring diagram and have began to look further into the circuitry. I attached the wiring diagram that I have. At this point I know that I have no volts to any of the leads on the starter relay with the key in the on position or start. All the fuses are good inside and under the hood. When I test voltage on the CRANK fuse (10 amp) I only have 4 vdc with the key on/start. I'm sure of the starter/solenoid being good and the wires connected to it. The rest is somewhat a mystery and if I could find out some of the places I should likely start from somebody with experience I would greatly appreciate it!

Have you measured the resistance through or across the ignition switch?

Any type of aftermarket alarm or remote start been added?

When you say "jump the solenoid" do you mean actually the solenoid on the starter motor under the truck on the starter motor?

Yes, I jump the actual solenoid and power terminal on the starter. I have a buddy coming over to help but I like to get it fixed myself.
