I have a 95 4.3. I have been on here one other time about it, and everyone was very helpful. It is weird I had a Mechanic check out my fuel pressure and he said it was great. I have replaced almost everything sparck and furel related. I got the carfax on the vehicle and it had new injectors put in it so I bypassed that. The dang thing will start sometimes and run excelent. The other times it will crank and not start. I am tired of dumping money into this thing. I have replaced the PCm, fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, fuel filter, plugs, wires, coil. I am at a loss and I will not get rid of it everything is almost new again. If anyone has had this problem or has any ideas I would appreciate it. Thanks all!

 

I had my cousins scan tool hooked up to it and of course no codes he thinks because it does not have the original radio in it. Not to sure about that. There is no service lights on.

 

When it just cranks and doesnt start do you hear the fuel pump kick on? I had a similar problem and it turned out it was the fuel pump relay (in the fuse box in the engine compartment) getting a bad connection. I ended up buying a new relay from napa and it fixed my problem.

 

The fuel pump does come on that and the sending unit are all brand new. I did find a wire late yesterday that looked like someone cut into to get power. It started all day yesterday even before I found the bad wire. I fixed the wire and it still starts. I just have to hope that this is my problem and continue to keep starting it.
