Default strange stalling issue

1999 Blazer, auto, 90,000 miles. Stalls ocassionally. Does not matter if warm or cold, wet or dry. Under load or coasting. Engine justs shuts down. All dash lights come on and fuel gauge drops to zero. Can usually start back up while rolling (put into neutral and hit the key). Does not show any codes.
Otherwise runs fine, idles good. This has happened 6 times in the last month.
Any ideas? Ghost in the machine?

Well.... I recently responded this answer on a similar post. There are 2 large hose clamps on the air intake boot, make sure they are tight. If you want to duplicate stalling with no code, while the engine is running, loosen the wing nut stud on top of the throttle body and lift up on the intake boot. Every once in a while I would get erratic surging while driving, and if I put it in neutral it would stay revd to 3000 rpm. Like you mine started about a month ago, maybe the change in the weather, expansion and contraction?? Other wise it might be your idle air control valve located on the throttle body. Check it and clean it.

Unhappy still happening

Checked air intake, had idle air valve checked/cleaned. Still stalling some times. I (and mechanic) am really wondering if it will ever be fixed. Any other ideas?

I had a similiar problem with my 2001 blazer. My truck would stall and all the lights would come on then go out. Turn the key start no problem. After much frustration I narrowed it down to a bad bolt on my positive battery cable. The rubber protector on the cable was full of corrosion and the bolt, badly worn, was loosening from the vibration of the engine. The rough roads where I live didn't help either. Went to my local auto parts store picked up some new bolts and hasn't stalled since. Its worth a look.

Could there be a bad connection on starter/seloniod area?
Main computer checked out ok?
Have all theother obvious things been trouble shooted/EGR/fuel filter/FPR/
etc?

Default stalling?

Think the problem has been fixed. Hooked up a fuel pressure guage and drove it. It would go for days without a problem. When it finally stalled, 1st time just a very small "blip" in pressure. Started right back up. Next time a noticeable spike and drop in pressure. Hooked up a test light before pump to check wiring. This time it stalled and test light stayed on.
Have replaced fuel pump and so far seems to have fixed the problem.
Thank you VERY much for all of the help/suggestions.
