Did you get the sensor out? I've got one to replace in the near future and I'm pretty sure its an original - 11 ontario winters of road salt(eugh), i might just send it to the garage........ So far on rusted and siezed parts 'PB Blaster' penetrating oil has come through every time for me - haven't had to touch a torch yet

i stripped mine out last time so i had to use a VERY large pipe wrench to get it out. took two hands and all my strength to get it busted loose. and when it did it took the threads with it. and they acually make a special tap that you can use to reshape the threads to get a new one in. i got mine at advance auto

well try putting the o2 sensor in a vice super tight and twist the pipe. since you have the y pippe already off. i cant believe how stuck that really is. hope you get it out.
