There should be two plastic clips behind the radiator core support right in front of the radiator. Pull up on them, then the top of the headlight can rotate out forward. Lift it out and disconnect the wiring to the bulbs.

From the looks of those pictures, the threaded rod has come out of the adjuster. You need to move the threaded rod to the hole directly under the adjuster screw and turn the adjuster screw attempting to pull the threaded rod back into it. If it is indeed broken, it does look identical to the ones used on the regular headlights.

What is that last picture of??? I can't tell from the bluryness if there is something actually damaged there...???

If there is, then you may be able to epoxy it back together and move on. $300 is a bunch to spend for a new headlamp...

yeah sorry that one is blurry, it is that piece that i said broke off but it isnt the adjuster its the part that holds that adjuster. It doesnt mess anything up though. The threaded rod does go back in but it doesnt tighten, i think that may be the part that is broken. Im going to try again today, but I did find a 99 sonoma's headlight for 80 bux so i might have to go with that
