Regretfully new parts don't actually mean good parts, everything is made cheap these days. But I guess if parts last a life time there is no profit for the company's that make them - get some rest things always look somewhat better with fresh eyes lol

Yup, in some sense I agree. If You look at the billboards nowadays it's all about the price, not the quality. But, as an engineer, I prefer to earn "kudos" while being satisfied with reliability of my products. Well said. I just wake up and here's my clue - it can't be the actuator. It must be a sensor that over regulates the ECU loop. As far, as the loop is open, there is everything perfect.
Now, the summary:
MAF - replaced with an old, still working one - no change
O2 - while open loop they give a nice traces, it's not the O2
MAP - ?
TPS - I would exclude this one, as on open loop all seems running fine
Are there all sensors Iisted...? it possible, that MAP sensor would over regulate the ECU so much, to bring me the +50% fuel trims?

Guess what. A "professional silicone tuning hose" got broken. I found, that even a small, nearly visible puncture + vibration will tear them apart. Never ever again. I am going to visit an agricultural store in Monday morning to get a proper, sturdy hose.
Unbelievable. And "FMIC silicone hoses" sell it as a top quality product. Look at the other end, the hose already started tearing apart. I've wasted $10 for 3 fts of it, while today I've got a reinforced fuel hose for $0.50 that will last for years. These "pro" hoses didn't even last half of a year.
Yup, so finally that was the only problem I had. Beast is back on the road again
