Default Tailgate, manual to electric?

My tailgate is manual release two piece with glass that goes up and tailgate down. Its kina beat up so I found one in same color and design but it has electronic release. I know the wiring is there for the release button and wipers at dash (the "blank" was missing, I put the button/switch in an wiring hooks up correctly) but are there wires that run to the back ready to be used? If its a pain Ill just keep my eye out for another but if I can easily swap them and have the release work (maybe wiper too, but not important) I rather do that. Anybody know or have tried?

It's possible/probable that the harness is already there, but the only way to be sure would be to pop off the trim panel and check.
