Default TCCM fuse blowing.

Before everyone blast me about using the search tool, I’ve been searching for hours.

I just bought my 01 ZR2 and the 4wd was not working at that time but the lights on the dash were on indicating it was in 2wd, when I touch either the 4Hi, 4Lo, or 4wd Auto button the light blink but no engagement. So at this point I have replaced all vacuum lines, checked the vacuum actuator under the battery( it’s good). Still no 4wd except now while checking to see if I was getting vacuum going to the vacuum actuator it blows the tccm fuse. I could hear the tccm clicking when I would try to engage the 4wd but it blown 2 fuses now back to back. Could the tccm be bad now?
