Default Temp Gauge

Hello. My temp gauge never goes past 40 c. Is there an easy fix? All other gauges are fine. Heat is hotter then a ****. Also sometimes my HVAC fan stops working, I slam my glove box and it works. Loose wire? Thanks.

Engine temp gauge. My oil pressure gauge use to be stuck all the way to the right but it started to magically work again.

i would first verify its the gauge and not the actual reading. hows your truck running anything unusual other then the gauges

It runs smooth as a babies bottom, maybe it's the gauge. My gas gauge jumps a little bit each time my signal light blinks as well.
What's the best alternative way to read the temp.? And if it ever does overheat and the gauge is not working will my check engine light still come on?

OK, thanks, I'll give it a shot. I'm going to my parents tomorrow where my wounded Blazer is and I'm going to check the fpr and the spider, hopefully it's and easy fix. I went and started it last week and it was running pretty bad, so much gas in the oil. I hope I can revive her.
