Thanks and a gripe Spark Plug #3
Just want to say thanks to all who have encountered and dealt with the #3 spark plug on the 99 Blazers. After reading this forum and spending $40 dollars on some extra tools and 4 more hours then I should have, I finally slid the rubber boot down and the plastic cover up on the steering colum and it took me 15 minutes to change that stupid plug.
Now extra tools is good thing. But who in the frack designed the Blazer and put that plug right behind the steering colum?
Great Forum. It helps alot as I slowly fix and tinker with my Blazer.

You can also lift up the plastic cover and take the 11mm? bolt off the lower end of the steering shaft(with your steering wheel locked in place) and it will collapse up to give you plenty of room for the #3.

or get a body lift and its no problem

A lift is on my plan. Maybe next year. I'm thinking 2" but a 4 would look nice.
