Is this thermostat stuck open? - PICS

Trucks seems not able to get to full operating temp. Here are some pics of where the temp gauges sits. it never goes higehr than this point.

gas milage has also gotten worse. and coolant seems to disappear little by little on its own. there are no leaks.
is the open thermostat the culprit here?

Hmm, that's right where mine sits too, just happened one random day, but my heater still works great. I'm interested in what the issue is.

Well crap. If the left side of the scale is demarked linearly, converts to 165-170 deg. Right on the closed Loop threshold
Mines doing the same. In summer, it would get right up to about 200/95 and stay there until I accelerated up hill etc then right at 210
Here's the ?. Does it get there in a mile or two then stay there?
I'll go out tonight when wife gets home and see what the actual temp is on a scan
Sigh.. bad news for us. The wife got home, I went out and checked..
The needle was like the OP's one needle width above the demark. Scan ECT Reading 167. Worse.. I started it up and drove around a long block.. about half mile and the scan showed ECT hanging at 144, and gauge showed one needle width below that demark.
OTOH, my fuel trims werent too bad. about -1.2, and O2's were switching nicely.
Ambient Air temp 31 Avg mpg 12 at half a tank. And yes.. mine is accurate within 1 mpg, wife takes lunch and breaks in car.
I took a screen cap but surely you guys dont doubt me.

So what does that mean? What is causing it to be that cold? Is it a problem with the computer or something else?

It means we need to replace our thermostats.
