Default Ticking sound between 15-30 mph

I have a ticking sound between 15-30 mph and the best way I can describe it is it sounds like a fast pace ting from ball peen hammer, there is nothing in any of the tires and it sounds like it is up front and towards the driver side. I have a few ideas of what I think it might be but I was hoping someone might know what it is more than me. Thanks!

Wrong area for a question.
But a bit more info would help, make/model/year/door count/drive type.
ticking fast as like a turn signals or similar sound? could be the 4x4 control box if it s 2nd gen. Its in the kick panel on the passenger side.

EDIT: found it "blue 1998 Chevy Blazer 4x4 LS"

What do u mean wrong area for a question?? I didnt know there were certain areas for posts? but its a 1998 chevy blazer 4.3L 4x4 LS model 4 door. faster than a turn signal...the pace which i could best describe it is it sounds as fast when kids put playing cards in the spokes of their bikes and it makes that rapid sound, it's about that speed it kind of sounds like that ticking when going up on a roller coaster chain if that helps any

I would start checking all the moving drive-train parts, maybe something is loose

I had the same sound with mine and it was a bad transfer case vacuum switch supplying some vacuum to the actuator and causing the axle to engage slightly. If you engage 4WD, does the sound go away?

Most likely, the vacuum switch is like a 20 dollar part and is located on top of the transfer case in the area of the front drive shaft. Its got three vacuum lines attached to it. Make sure u pay attention to their orientation, there is a pin on the switch and a slot in the vacuum line cluster. Make sure you get them lined up or else it will be all messed up.
