Hi, im new to the site and was just wondering if there was somewhere that i can get the parts that come with the towing package, ie. the front hooks, or if i can go to the dealer and get the entire package put on.

for the front hooks I though they came with all 4x4 Blazers and is not part of the towing package, I would check your local Junkyard for some cheap

I think all it adds is the platform hitch and wiring harness for it. It was a cheap option on the window stickers. The front hooks are really only emergency recovery hooks for you to be recovered the manual has pages on what not to do with them(which is about anything).

The hooks were offered on 4x4 models. The towing package offered the wiring harness and receiver hitch. Nothing really special there.
As far as what "the manual" says about how to use the hooks, they are of surprisingly high quality. On my '05 Silverado I've used to pull 5k lb tractors out of the mud and have not broken one yet. If you are 2 wheel drive you will probably have to cut holes in your front spoiler to allow usage of the new hooks.
