Today, my 2000 blazer ls stopped idling in forward and in reverse. In addition, when backing out of spaces, when i turn the wheel it feels like the truck has difficulty moving. It almost delays, and then feels like it forces itself to move like a struggle. Any ideas? It still reverses out of spots, but the problem is in the lack of idling, and when i turn the wheel.

Lot of problems with this vehicle
replaced sunshell recently.
Some minor oil leaks.
Occasional low-volume, high-pitched whine from engine.
